Today, Travel and Leisure Group announce their move to new premises in Sudbury town centre. They are Europe’s oldest and most well-known timeshare resellers.
The company moves from premises at 47-48 Ballingdon Street on the town outskirts, where they were for nearly twenty years. But Managing Director Maria Mills-Farinas says that it was time for a move.
“We have always been very fond of our Ballingdon Street premises—an old brewery full of character. However, it was time to take Travel and Leisure Group into the heart of town,” she says of the move. “With approximately twenty employees, our previous premises weren’t suitable for our needs. We realise that our business would benefit from the effectiveness of an open-plan working environment.”
Mrs. Mills-Farinas continued, “For many years we have felt that Travel and Leisure Group would be better in Sudbury town centre. We are very proud of our beautiful new offices on East Street! It provides ease of access to both staff and clients.It also gives us the opportunity to have a larger local presence. Our staff will now be able to enjoy working in close yet spacious proximity to one another, which we believe will foster our team spirit and bolster staff morale.”

Operations Manager Sarah Bond and Legal & Conveyancing Manager John Pearce both agree.
