CLC liquidation is fake news, but unfortunately still circulating, so we thought it’s best we provide the facts from trustworthy sources to put the matter to bed. This story was first mentioned back on 14 October 2020 when an email was sent to members by Roy Peires, CLC World Chairman. Because of COVID-19, CLC has been seriously affected in terms of sales of timeshare memberships. They scaled down their staff, with many furloughed. With no one travelling to CLC resorts or presentations (which have been difficult to conduct due to social distancing and mask requirements), sales have obviously been affected. Roy Peires informed members that all sales were suspended for the foreseeable future. Therefore the claim of CLC liquidation is fake new, but “cold callers” are still using the ploy to scare members in to paying them to deal with their case.
Club la Costa is not going into liquidation!

Do not fall victim to these cold call scammers who are still trying to make money from timeshare members with their fake CLC liquidation ploy.
